America ... Absolutly ridiculous!!

America may be one of the youngest countries, compared to European and Asian countries but, seriously, why must Americans act like babies? Seriously WTF?! This Absolut add was posted on billboards and in magazines across several countries and when American publicists got wind of it they were not happy. The Billboard shows Mexico extending up into California and Texas and the map reads in Spanish. The message simply states: "In An Absolut World." Americans found this offensive because they are afraid that this sends a message to Mexicans that it is ok to enter the United States and take the land back. If the action of "W", putting up a fence around the border of Mexico did not cause a revolution, I highly doubt that a billboard for an alcoholic beverage will. I think there is more of a chance that Mexicans will be inspired to drink Absolut and go on ciesta.

I can only relate my experience with Mexicans--I have never had any trouble with them at all. I live on the Gulf Coast, and Mexicans began coming here after Hurricane Ivan, to help with the cleanup. These Mexicans are hard workers. They keep to themselves, and commit very little crime. Second only to Asians, Mexicans are the hardest-working, most law-abiding immigrants in America today. Alot of natural-born Americans really hate the Mexicans. They hate the Mexicans because the Mexicans "put them to shame". These natural-born Americans are not hard-working, law-abiding citizens. And as far as I'm concerned, they can get the hell out of here! They can make room for more Mexicans and Asians (and most other immigrants), who deserve to live in the United States!
